We accept all major credit cards and debit cards backed by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders require a valid authorization from your issuing bank prior to order shipment.
In the event that your credit card is declined, we will contact you in order to resolve the issue or take an alternative credit card number. In the event we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.
Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Orders shipped to Michigan are subject to sales tax at the current rate of 6%. Sales Tax will be calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed.

Warriors in Pink merchandise can be shipped to any international country. All payments for international orders must be made in U.S. dollars. All required charges for duties, tariffs, and taxes are additional and will be collected upon delivery by the carrier.
International orders are shipped via UPS International and we charge an additional $20 per order to cover international shipping costs.
Rush service is not available for international orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Warriors in Pink will ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours after we receive your order. Orders containing custom items will ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
If you select regular shipping, your order will ship via UPS Ground service and should be delivered within 2-5 days after shipment.
Rush orders placed before 1pm ET will be processed and will ship same day and will ship either UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, depending on the selection made at checkout. Rush orders placed after 1pm ET will ship the next business day.
Please note, we don't charge your credit card until your item(s) ship. Items will be billed as shipped. Shipping charges will be pro-rated and applied as each item ships.
You will receive an order confirmation email from the Warriors in Pink Store immediately after order is placed. You will receive a second ship confirmation email once your order ships, which will include your shipment tracking information.

All orders are subject to availability at the time of your order. Item availability is clearly shown on our website before an order is completed, and for phone orders our customer service agents will inform you if an item is out of stock before it is ordered.
If your order contains an item that is on backorder, we will continue to notify you by mail until the item is received at our warehouse. Orders on backorder will be fulfilled within 48 hours once items become available. Of course, you may cancel your order at any time if an item remains on backorder for an extended period.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a standard/non-custom item, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in its original condition. All sales are final of custom pieces. Items returned within 30 days must be in the original packaging and not have been worn or damaged.
To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at 1-888-WIP-CURE (947-2873) to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We cannot guarantee proper handling of your return if a Return Authorization number is not obtained

100% of the net proceeds go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Every item sold in the store has a pre-determined donation amount which is clearly indicated on the website.
As orders are taken through the phone or the website, our order management system calculates the donation amount for each order and adds that to a running total. This total is updated in real time and is clearly displayed on our website.
Note: The "real time" donation number shown on the screen is based only on booked sales to date, not on actual invoiced sales, as those are calculated once the transaction has completed and a card has been charged.
